Hi, I'm Alicia!

I grew up on a small dairy farm 11 miles north of Langdon, ND with my nine other siblings. Money was tight but our bond was even tighter. My parents taught me how to use money wisely, even helping each of us children build our own herds of cattle to pay for college. This shaped how we saw money and ultimately contributed to my passion for helping others learn and grow in their financial journey.

I work with nonprofit leaders and small business owners who care deeply about their work—but were never given clear financial training or systems. My role is to help you understand what’s happening financially, put simple processes in place, and move forward with confidence—so you can focus on the work you’re called to do.
